Shipping

I ship worldwide.

Shipments are dispatched 1 - 2 times per week with DHL Express who estimate 3-5 business days to ship anywhere.

When your order ships you will receive and email notification including a tracking number. You can easily track the status of your order through the DHL Express website.

If your order is late or you have any questions, please do no hesitate to contact me. I'll track your order for you :)

Unfortunately DHL Express cannot deliver to PO Box address's. Can you please provide an alternate address.

On rare occasions shipments are delayed by customs or public holidays. This is out of my control. If this does occur, your package may take a few extra days to arrive.

DHL charge an extra remote service charge on certain rural areas in Australia and New Zealand or difficult to access countries. This is uncommon, however, if it effects your order I will email to notify you so that we can establish a different, non-remote area address to ship your items too or cancel the order and refund you in full.
